Truth be told, the fluctuation in belt synching has to do with a certain 'accessory' which I sometimes carry inside-the-waistband and other times in my pocket.

I took my outdoor class to the gym the other day to teach them a bit of rope ascending and wore my newsboy. I realized again how out of shape I am. Those kids could fly up the rope and I was sweating like nobody's business.
