I went to court today, and to Provincial Audience, it was, so I assembled a pretty formal outfit... Brown hues basically, hence a brown homburg made a good choice.

Winter seems to have finally stablished itself; it was chilly outside, so my overcoats are making their appearance!

Hat is a Dobbs homburg; this one I like unpinched. The bowtie has cooper brown stripes, which pick on the hat's reddish ribbon.

An anecdote: unusually, three of the subpoened witnesses wore bowties- a ballistics expert witness, the medical examiner, and myself, as a crime scene specialist witness. This is the first time I see so many bowties in a single courtroom On the other hand, I was the only one of the three with a self-tied bowtie .

The frames were in the kid's section of our local optometrist's store. (I have a narrow face.) They say "Cruz" on the earpieces.
