Michaelshane, Your $5.00 Borsalino is a terrific find!
The rest of you guys know you look good so :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap to you all.

This one really got me. It's the photo at a link posted by Kiltie. He and other gentlemen were piping at the memorial services for two fallen Houston firefighters.

Outstanding lids, Gents! Michaelshane, hauls in the deal of the decade; Goose, sporting the black Fed IV in style; JtL - sharp as a tack; and so on...

Dinerman, is there a story behind the old Stetson?

Just aquired this Dobbs Twenty yesterday!

The felt is paper-thin and very moldable; I can put any bash I want on it. By far the lightest weight hat I own.

Great hats today/yesterday gentlemen. IC, Alucard, and bakers44; great looking hats in nice backgrounds.

mayserwegener and Dinerman; those are classic hats! I really like the homburg.

That's a really nifty hat! Any idea as to the age of that one?
It's an old one. '30s or earlier.

There has to be. It looks like it's seen a lot of use, and when I got it, it had a nice old leather buckled hatband over top of the grosgrain, which disintegrated shortly after taking it out of the box. I wish I knew.

Great, great looking hat. Especially neat for the angle the picture was taken.

I have virtually the same hat . . . only a little lighter in color . . .
And it is one of my favorites . . .
