Today was my self-imposed 'Western Wednesday' . Wore a modern Stetson that I reworked from a typical western. I did a telescope crown, trimmed and flattened the brim, then steamed in a very lazy snap. Also replaced the band with a leather one I cut and tanned from a stock of scrap leather I have around.

Below is a shot from before I had finished off the brim edge:
