I wore my Johnnyphi Stetson Royal this afternoon. It was cool enough today to stick a felt on my head. I am soooooo glad:

Cool is as cool does, CJ lol It's below 70 degrees here now. This afternoon I'd say it was mid to upper 70's, I suppose. Nice weather to get out of a panama or light felt and into a real felt hat. I put on my Fed Deluxe IV, but then decided my Royal Stetson needed a turn instead. So bashed a diamond in it, snugged it down on my noodle and headed out the door.

I'd add the UPS driver to my Christmas list if he came with hats that often. lol I'm kind of having new hat withdrawal. I haven't had a new one for a while now and I have several ordered.

Today, I was off work so I got out all my felts, bashed the ones that weren't bashed and tried them on just because I've only worn one felt lately and that was my unlined Johnnyphi Adam Royal thin ribbon. The fall is coming before long and the felts are coming back too. Hmmmm, these may give me a reason to look forward to cold weather....that would be something new.

Thanks. I've never seen a Campdraft in the flesh, so I don't know about its color options. The Churchill tan is a great color, though. My knock on it is that the brim is pretty stiff, but I do like the look of it.

We dropped from 90+ on Monday down to 58 (!) today due to Gustav blowing through. The forecast indicates I can get away with felts for at least several days.
