Hi,

Bell model MAG-4, open face, Kevlar shell, Nomex lining, the black one (I have both a black and a white), size 7 3/8. :D

Sorry, couldn't resist. Today is the first day I commuted on the motorcycle. This is a hat, just a rather stiff one and somewhat larger than a fedora! :p

I also wore my vintage Champ fedora, size 7 1/8, when walking between buildings. This is the hat I keep at work for those days I ride the bike in. :D

I also have a pair of Bell model M3's (one black, one white) which are the full face variants for days when the weather is not as nice as it is today in NC! :)

Later!

Stan

Nice Homburg Alan!

JackC, I went out for an award ceremony for my father. He was appointed Chevalier in the Legion d'Honneur for his service in France during the war.

Today a cap...

I walked a 5K today, so it was my Carlos Hathcock 'White Feather' cap.

I came in first in my age group by the way, :D

That would make a cool visit!

:eek:fftopic: Agreed, best part is it's open 7 days a week and its totally free (except for a guided tour of the second floor rifle rooms.
This is also interesting:
At the Museum, you have before you early American industrial tools & machinery used at the Armory to create interchangeable muskets nearly two centuries ago. Among them is the only surviving 1822 Blanchard stock-shaping lathe and a three-tenths scale working model that you can see cutting a miniature muskets stock!
If your ever going to be in the area please let me know I would be glad to go with ya =)
On topic:
wearing my trilby today as its grey and meh here..lol
