They come with manuals? :eusa_doh:
lol Turns out they do! I bought this camera at an Air Base in Qatar in 2003; this is the first time I've looked at the manual. I'm not sure how it's managed to not vanish somewhere along the way, but it turned up when I needed it.

Ah, the homburg... a very under-appreciated hat, in my opinion, and I particularly like them in grey! That's a dynamite one you have there, Barry. Stetson?

Cheers,
Tom

Barry, That's a fine looking hat on a thinking man's head. Don't be so hard on yourself. You wear a hat well, my friend.

bolthead, Be sure to send me and Barry all the Homburgs that don't look good on you!

Barry . . . That hat looks so good on you it brings tears to my eyes . . . But I always was a sentimental sort. :)

I am glad the right man got the right hat . . . You look great!

Barry, I think we have another Douglas!
That homburg looks great on you. You look as if you were born to wear it!

Also as a side on your Federation, I think it looks great with the wide brim, all I can say is give it a little time before you cut the brim down any. That said I have seen some Federations that have been cut down and look great, I just think yours looks fine also. But you will have to decide what 'you' like and want.
All the hats I have seen you post look great on you.
I have worn hats most of my life, but some just dont look good on me [or so I think]
Keep up the postings !

Thanks to all for the kind words....RBH, I think I'm gonna take your advice and keep the brim width on the Akubra as it is.....I've just gotta get used to it, I guess.

Deanglen, I just recently got these frames.....Had to have a new prescription recently, and wanted 50's looking frames. Johnny Depp has been photographed wearing the style that I had in mind, so I did a little hunting on the internet to see what his frames were, and I came across a site called Sol Moscot's Opticians. They're a relatively small, independent/family owned chain (3 stores I think) in New York City. These frames are part of their "Moscot Original" line of frames, made specifically for sale in their stores.

The only Cost $129, and my Eye Dr. had no problems at all fitting them with my presecription. Here's a link to their site:

P.S. Did I ever mention how much I love the Lounge!!!! Great to be here!!

It's 100F plus and very dry here today, so the weapon of choice is my Stetson Playboy with the ultra-thin felt and no liner.
