Nice color, DD. Perfect hat for reviewing the dental floss crop.

I don't get it. I don't understand why Moon would care so deeply about some of the harmless things that others do such as the way they wear their trolley?Oh Hell! Just realized my trolley is on backwards. Maybe moon won't notice.
Well played, good Sir.I don't get it. I don't understand why Moon would care so deeply about some of the harmless things that others do such as the way they wear their trolley?
Thanks Matt. That's a really sharp looking hat for you.
Lovely graphics, and a bonus factory pic under the lid. Nice. Thanks again, Mike. These Battersbys are very well made hats. Still need to take pictures of the box, but here's an auction shot of it.

Thanks Stefan, looks like some dental hell is coming my way. I think this calls for a new hat!Splendid hat, Mike. Good luck with the dental work!
Great lines, a flatter brim style. Fantastic details with that showy liner and sweat texture.J. Hückel'a Synove Vídeň (J. Hückel´s Söhne Wien) probably WWI era.
I'm sure some people on the street will call you out on that Trolley. Cool hat.Churchill Longview Beaver "25"

Thanks Stefan!Great looking bowler, John. Now get back inside before you catch a cold!
Stylish. I also think the boots work well with the rugged tweed.Rain delayed photo shoot today as we got 1.4" overnight and through the morning. Sovereign Twenty

Excuse the boots, I should have taken a photo of the giant puddle formerly known as my front yard to explain them.
Have a good one,
Michael
Thanks, Sergej. Appreciate it. The colour names on hats can be confusing sometimes, as if it wasn't difficult enough for us colourblind people!
Still a favourite of yours. These lighter hats seem to go well with winter weather.
That makes your matching skills even more impressive! And thanks for the complimentsWell hatted too. Keep them coming.
Mike, Thanks! It does have a unique look so might be occupational. The brim is 2 1/4 inches so wide for a Stiff Felt.Great lines, a flatter brim style. Fantastic details with that showy liner and sweat texture.
Hi Anthony, that's unfortunate. I hope you'll reconsider. I'll miss you're expertise, family pictures, great hats and deli shots.Just wanted to stop in to say goodbye to my friends

Mighty fine Stetsonian Matt.Terrific Tuesday!
Today's fare is the 1946 Royal Stetsonian (Vita-Felt Process).
Hope that each of you pack one heck of a lot of fun into your day.
Excellent work, Einars. A brim with attitude and the copper ribbon does wonders for that hat!
Centerdent looks good but any crease would look good on that Dalton.Already off to a Tuesdillyicious hat day.
@Short Balding Guy, I never got the Mugsy connection either. Always loved the toons with him in it. Just watch out for that rabbit and stay out of the oven!
@fabiovenhorst, love the wide brim on that one. Classic.
@mmbarnes - Matt, that thing is to die for. A vintage Stetsonian is a bucket list hat for me. Someday...
I took some time on my day off yesterday to do some hat work. Currently rebuilding a thin ribbon for my wife. I also spent some time opening the crown, reflanging, and putting a different crease in this Dalton. What was once a C-crown is now a centerdent.

Very fine Borsalino, you wear it with just the right amount of panache
I like everything about that hat DD, color, crease and the pencil roll. fantasticResistol Montana, on this sunny 29° morning.
