Happy Mardi Gras! Seeing sunup here in Funkytown wearing the Gannon Mr. Natural. Gills!

An lest I forget, the Boys of Summer - at least pitchers and catchers - report to camp today. Mardi Gras, baseball, some sunshine, I'm ready for summer.

my Giants are worthless
my Knicks remain in the dumps for the last 18 years
I'm no hockey fan but the Rangers suck

1940s Stetson Deluxe, my hand-me-down (Father-in-law's) trenchcoat.

It is concentric stitching, for sure, but they called it spiral stitched on this thread. Good thing we brought it up... looks like some of your photos need to be re-posted.

I planned on taking the family out to the Bronx this summer for a game

my in laws grew up in the Bronx and used to go to games as kids in the 40s and 50s ... they haven't been over to the new building yet ... so I'm going to grab some tickets and take them, the kids , and my wife to enjoy a game

there is something special about going to your first baseball game ... can't wait for my kids to experience it ... and for my in laws to get back to the old neighborhood
