I think cooking a black bean and pork stew will be my main undertaking for the day.

Will have to find a coat if I need to go outside again.

loving the finish
Thanks Justin. I'm still waiting for your "chase"

Gorgeous color and finish!
Thanks DD, as always very kind

Ooooooh, that is nice. Wool in the mix? A wonderful finish
Yes Mike there is an amount of wool in the felt to have a finish like this one. Thanks

Loving that color and finish Daniele. Looks super with the Loden.
Michael thanks, you are my "noted special" for the daily attire, so I pay my contribution, sometimes :)

Thanks. If it makes you feel better, the creases centerline is askew by several millimeters.

I've learned to live with it.

Sent directly from my mind to yours.

That does make me feel better, Jim.
It takes a big man to admit his hat-shaping weaknesses.

Another amazingly beautiful hat! The color is so nice. I like the wide brims you wear.

Thanks DD.

What vintage is that Topeka you have, there? The more I look, the more I want. I am growing more and more fond of the curled brim westerns. They look great, generally. And that Topeka looks greaterer than the general.

I love this one Matt. A Vita-Felt is on my covet list. Dreamy.
Thanks Mike. And thanks for absolving me of the "I missed Mike's birthday" guilt.

I appreciate that Justin. Especially since your hats seem to be some of the stunningnest if the stunning.

That's a beauty!

Thanks Scotty.

Thanks DD. It's hard not to love the Dallas.

Always a treat seeing your postings!
Thanks Justin. It has been a real treat to see your latest acquisitions. You find the coolest hats.

Fantastic look Michael! Great "Dallas". TAR = thin a$$ ribbon so yeah, TAR it is
Thanks Roger. I thought that might be it, but my memory fails me sometimes.

Looking good Michael and the stew sounds delicious.
Thanks Cornshucker. I'm having high hopes for the stew.

Michael thanks, you are my "noted special" for the daily attire, so I pay my contribution, sometimes :)
Thanks Daniele.

Thanks all for the likes and comments,
Michael

Thanks for all the good wishes guys, it means a lot.
Wow, Happy Birthday to me... Spent the morning with Mike Miller and he had my newest custom finished and I didn't even know it. Missed the email...
Baby blue Duplex. Light blue Winchester rabbit brim with a Cuenca straw crown. Sweet shark's gill ribbon. This is going on our cruise to Alaska in June. Can't wait for spring!!
More in the appropriate threads after my Birthday nap...
