Wow, you guys are really getting hit hard. That beret should keep you warm, it's beautiful.

Love the Caxton Perry. Do you have a new phone? Very nice quality on the selfie front.

Thanks for the reply.

This was the Lone Pine coat (sold by Orvis) I was referencing. Incredibly warm yet light weight, soft leather and sheepskin lining.

I like the lines of that cap Sam. Great photos as usual, so GQ!

Damn straight it looks better on me, brother!

If you, Matt, and I think Bill Hughes had bid on it, it likely would have slipped my grasp.

Sent directly from my mind to yours.
Yeah... it looks a heck of a lot better in Funkytown than it did on the eBay.

The notion that I might have been able to get it for not too much makes me a SAAAADD PANDA.

Wear it in happiness and health, Jim.

I'm sorry, Mike, but most of my hats have not gone into threads dedicated to new ones or national hat producers.
I will try to fill this gap, there are many to photograph and I took too many photos in my life.
However, I will take inspiration from your request and I will take pictures of today's Tirard.
Thanks again.

Thanks Richard, it is a majestic "Diplomatique" made by Tirard the most old hats producer in France and one of the first to give up in the fifties
