Hey all!
Sunny and warm today. I figured it wouldn't be right to wear the Lord Hemingway (moe-riginal No. 8) without a weather report.:)
I did some work on it to get a better brim curl, and dyed up a blacker ribbon. Changed the bow style to a simple one like Earl has. Hard to see the improved brim in this lighting.

One's a double: you need another hat! Good looking hats. I especially like the borsalino's, but maybe that's because I am a fan.

Great job Moe! The two pics on the bench really show the nice detail.

Wearing the Stetson Nutria with the Ranchero Visitadores lineage. I thank the estate of Lucien Wulsin III for offering up this hat and I thank @carouselvic for educating me on both. If you have an interest in such things, both are worth a google search.

Outstanding hat Bama. I know Nutria was used in Cowboy hats way because it really lasted. I’m yet to find one those.

Tonak Plant Hückel "Lutra" probably very late 1940s early 1950s. This one was made for the American market.

Huckel’s are still my favorite hats. Nice find, I’m originally from Virginia and my Father worked for the Post. So when I saw the store logo I had to look it up. Brings back memories. Thanx for posting.

Nasty weather continues here in the Deep South of Alabama. Wearing a beater Stephen L. Stetson of undetermined year. Help always appreciated with dating this lid. Thanx all!

Stephen L Stetson today. Thought it would fit with the coat too. It does. This one Mike (Redfokker) found for me.
