And then there's this hat. I've never worn it out and I think it's a candidate for a DIY home dyeing experiment.

It was NOS and cheap. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a bargain. In its defense, it is one of the softest new felts I've ever handled.

Thanks Alan! I met an artist at the Northern Plains Indians Art Market who makes them: Alfreda Beartrack Algeo. Functional art fits my general budget more than things to display!

I have had this fever brand American legend five ask for a handful of years, but I don’t think I have worn it really in public yet. This may be its maiden voyage, as I got it from the eBay sales when beaver brand closed the shop. Fever brand — beaver brand, thank you AutoCorrect!
It has a unique little tapered flat top crown and originally a pencil curl all the way around. I may try that version as well later, but forced it down in front this morning.
