this hat reminds me of a homburg/lords hat, but with a much softer hand to the felt. the backbow is the icing on the cake, though I'm opting for a coffee this AM

Richest man in the world who has his family 'round him.
That's what the Scriptures say! When Jacob was afraid to meet Essau, he went ahead and his family right behind. They saw each other and hugged and cried. Then Essau asked him "I have so much, do you need anything brother?"
Jacob looking back at his wife and many children said, "I have everything."

thanks, the side profile of that shwarz is something else.

Trying out my Chapeau France Homburg for the first time today. I was lucky to snag this one from a fellow member! I am going to have to get used to a Homburg as I haven't worn them much and am not sure it totally suits me yet. View attachment 86627 View attachment 86628
suits the suit, and you, but I too feel slightly out of my comfort zone in my black Homburg.

Sir, that homburg suits you perfectly. Don't be afraid to mess with the crown to get the silhouette you desire, and wear this style with confidence!

Daniele, I'm envious of both the beautiful Borso and the weather to wear it in.
Many thanks Richard. The Borso are in the real life Panizza hats, made on the bank of Lago Maggiore until the 1981 exactly here

Stay tuned today is a Borsalino day ;)

Such a beautiful finish on this hat. You wear it very well. Perfect dimensions for you!
Many thanks, I like very much the blue hats.

Looking like rain this morning. The new Royal Deluxe Open Road finds itself getting some headtime.

Off for the weekly grocery shop in a bit. A very hot and muggy afternoon will probably find me hatless in front of the AC.

Today, on the first day of autumn, a small trip to the "Bisazza Foundation" was held at Montecchio Maggiore for the inauguration of the Japanese photographer Araki exhibition

Gorgeous day to wear a Borsalino bought in the "special reserve" of Merano

Borsalino Extra Qualità Superiore

The real color is that with the sunlight
The felt has a soft and short hair finish.
It is very malleable and lightweight. New, never worn

Lunch in a typical trattoria with traditional dishes like "baccalà alla vicentina" served with "polenta".
A memory of my childhood
Thanks for the likes on the Panizza in blue
