I read the news here, and watched a couple videos, then listened to the radio again this morning. The widespread, massive damage, loss of life, injury, and ongoing misery associated with this quake is enormous. Just 80 miles from the epicenter, Mexico City was hit hard. It's such a densely populated area, too. I hope we all keep in mind ways to help, just as we have done for those in Florida and Texas.
Pretty bad, indeed !!!

Thanks Moe !!!

Something real sad is that about 50 kids, about the age of my 2 younger ones, died while at school, the school colapsed.

This morning they got out a little girl alive, the girl reporting live just started crying, then they interviewed the guy who heard and took the girl out, one of the "moles", an Army Major took the guy in front of the cameras and told the guy "you are a hero", the guy only answered "I just did my work Sr, please excuse me, its my turn to get inside again"

That stuff moves your heart and soul real deep.

It's just heart-breaking to hear about the children. Those guys who go into the rubble trying to get survivors out in time... well, hero is a small word for such incredible people.
