While wearing a vintage Dobbs Milan yesterday I was taking a photo to share in the "What's for Breakfast" thread. My oldest daughter captured the moment (and made fun of it, of course).

Its a warm and sunny day here so I'm wearing my new fedora summer hat (No label, so sadly I don't know the maker).

Nice straw! I couldn't make out the style or material... but it sure looks great!

Is that your go-to Mexican beer? I used to order the Negro Modelo with a meal, or a Dos XX lager (green bottle) with snacks. Corona has the marketing down pat up here but I always thought it was overpriced American style beer that was better served with a cold Pabst Blue Ribbon, LOL! (Less $$)

Pacífico Is a light lager made by Modelo Group, it's a great beach beer, real good for snack time, Buffalo style wings or sea food.

Negra Modelo is the "cream of beers" as they used to advertise it, a heavy, creamy beer with a strong character. My beer of choice for a good evening meal perfect match for Mexican spicy dishes, like Mole Poblano or Mole Oaxaqueño, Mezcal Worm Tacos, Deer or Ram Birria (this is from Guadalajara, it's like a heavy soup that you dress with lots of fresh onion and lime)

We have another Modelo Group beer that I really like they only make it for the Guadalajara market, it's called Estrella, its similar to Corona but tastier.

Normally I only drink Modelo group beer when I order a Mexican beer, they have a lot to choose from, Leon and Montejo, from Yucatan, Victoria, from that ugly place named Mexico City, etc., But, if you want to POISON me, don't tell my girlfriend, I can't say no to a Guinness, that, my man, kills me...Might have been an Irishman in another life.
