Is the Brewster still around? I love that brim treatment a lot.

Took the wife to the store to stock up for the big 4th of July Theater party tomorrow, I gave up following her around and went and did all the Costco shopping and got back before she was even close to finishing. It was cool and comfortable when we left the house, got sunny later. The Portis "New Slant" was a perfect light weight felt for the morning.

It is a true medium grey. In the sun it gets a little lighter.

I could look this up, but I'm lazy. Did the original 1940s/50s pins have the JBS on the wings and fuselage? These are cool, even if they weren't made by Boeing.
