Thanks, Dale! We're lucky to have these lids.Magnificent!! Looks close in color to the one I wore today, More of a light silvery grey than a silverbelly. Great hat!

Not all the licor survived. The shelves are a bit... small. Here's a pic of what's left of a local liquor store that shows just how crazy tornadoes can be. Notice how the store is completely gone, but none of the bottles on the shelf are even turned over.
Agreed! Thanks, Dale! We're lucky to have these lids.
You will stand out in the crowd with this one Michael. Nice crease.Time to go downtown and listen to some music.

Have a good Friday Night where you are,
Michael
Lots of interesting history in the area. I haven't been to Virginia City in a number of years, but it is on my short list for quick vacations. Only a days drive from Oregon.Thank you all for the kind words on the stetson. Definitely one of my favorites to wear.
Virginia city is a fun place. They have people that walk around in period correct dress through the 1800s era town. A lot of the shops are in the way of the tourists but it is awesome nonetheless. I recommend either a visit if passing through northern Nevada, or a trip to YouTube for some video experience

Not you Bob, go back to the clean shaven look it suited you well, you look like a homeless person with the scrubby beard and moustache

Cool! Search for interesting hats while you are enjoying yourself!
You got me thinking and I dug out this somewhat squished 1950's Indochina French army bush hat.
Nothing fancy...
