This is probably one of my favorite straws of the season. Love a homburg, love a blue hat, love milan weave, you got it all going for you my friend!
Thanks Red. I have one of these in black too. Will have to pull that out one of these hot, but cloudy days.

Loving your style, my Hommie homie!
Thanks Blue. You and the St Regis pegged the Style-O-Meter yesterday. Super.

Promising another hot and very windy day here. For this morning around the yard it's this Champ Featherweight,

For this afternoon around the yard it will be this John Deere accented straw,

And from yesterday afternoon when I went of photo safari it was this,

The safari only extended as far as my yard as I was seeking these,

That's one of the younguns. And here is the grand dame contemplating the nature of her Chuck-Hog duality.

Have a fine Sunday. It's going to be tough to talk myself into getting my exercise today.

Leaving work early this morning with my Dobbs. Have a great Sunday!! Tomorrow the plan is to head back to that shop and see if any of those other Champs are left and maybe even hit a few new to me shops.

Great parade of lids Michael. Are those rodents in your yard or have you been on a safari to find them. Cool shots, kind of fun.

Good early morning. Dog walk and then out for breakfast with a friend. A vtg.Mallory Ten was an excellent choice.

Best, Eric -
Beautiful Mallory Eric. It looks like it is brand new from the local hattery, just as it was sold 60+ years ago. Sweet!

before the temperatures reach the mid to upper 90s today I'll be cutting the lawn in this hemp OR... and most likely wearing it for the rest of the day

Way to stay cool and BE COOL at the same time. I assume it is modern, can you get them from the Garland outlet?

Nice looking Dobbs. I hope, for fellow loungers sake, that the Champs are waiting for you to rescue them.

This morning I'm wearing a new old Stetson. It's a coversion fedora that's been a project for a couple of months. This is the work of FineVintageFedoras aka Bond.

Yesterday, landscape photos in the mountains with the old Coyle's

Stunning shots, Fabio. Beautiful!

For me, a boring ol' BGGCD goes to services with me today.

The rest of the day I'll be loafing around; later doing that front porch/beer/radio thing when the ballgame comes on. With any luck, I'll doze off, too. [emoji41]

I think it looks great! May be boring but still gets the job done and really looks good on you sir :)
Heading down to the theater for the cast retreat of our current play, Red, White, and Tuna (Google it, really a hoot of a show) I'll be working on set stuff so the Hat City Hat Co. beater gets the nod. This hat was refurbed by Mike Miller and fits like a custom, good for getting things done.

For a beater it still looks fantastic Mike! Looking sharp as always

Is that a Saxon?
I don't know. I have a Royal Stetson Saxon. It has a little bigger brim and is a different shade of grey than this one, so I don't think it is. It has no tags or markings other than what's embossed on the sweatband, though, so I can't be sure.

I took a side by side pic in the daylight. You can see some of the differences.
