Just curious to know how many of you have pre ordered the Stetson Spring/Summer hats already ? They have some really nice hemp offerings this year. Spring/Summer straws is the only thing I lack so I ordered 3...brown turquoise and butterscotch.

By the way the answer to yesterday's riddle of how much I paid for my custom wool felt fedoras in Peru is $14 a piece delivered to me from the mountains to the capital city of Lima. Felt quality on par with Hutmacher Zapf and Christy's top of the line felt.

In solidarity with all who honor Smokie today I wore my 1930s Stetson Derby. Had to venture out for more cold drugs...pictures are in a chemical induced blur, sorry. Also I added a wee pre 1930 OAC pin to the ribbon. I'll post detail shots in the appropriate adornment thread.

Stetson actually has some beautiful hemp straw offerings on the Delmonico's website. You should take a look now before they get sold out. I obviously needed straws in other colors than I already have...are you not a lounge member or what ?
