Making it a blue theme day I wore a Cavanaugh Homburg to the grocery store.

Chopping wood and filling bird feeders I wore my Gannon Wanderer in (navy blue felt w/charcoal ribbon treatments).

Hi Michael, Thank you for the compliments! The binding on this hat is velvet elastic from Mokuba and the edge is wired underneath. I've never done a binding with leather although I have made sewn leather hats.

Not tacked down, I think it was a combination of a small dent and a speck of dust when I took the photo. I like that coat, though I don't pull it out very often. It's in very nice condition for a garment that has survived that long.

That is some major brim action on your hat today. I like it.

Late to the show, but I couldn't let this one pass without a "Super" comment. Love the Whippet color and that leather coat!
