Thanks Joao... when I was watching this hat on eBay I wrote to the seller with a question. She wrote back saying she wasn't sure but she thought it might be vintage. Gotta love a century old hat that's that clean.

I know what you mean. I have not yet the same luck as you but the Resistol Beaver 25 I've got last week was clean and like new. Neat for a almost half-century old hat!

Up since 4 with a migraine. Should be able to get into work by about 9. Anyway, trying to decide what to wear today. Maybe the leather jacket and the NW Hats westerm-to-outback conversion. We've got rain all week, some more thunderstorms today as well. I'm still in awe of the work Mike did with this hat. It used to be a crummy hat I'd wear just to change things up. Now I wear it proudly. It's as exciting as getting a brand new custom. I love this hat!
