Thanks, David. It's definitely hard to beat an earlier made Open Road.

I'm just a couple of years older. 41 years of Roofing with about a dozen years of slinging heavy boxes in Warehouses has taken a toll on me, physically. It's left me with a bad Rotator Cuff that needs surgery, a messed up knee, and a herniated disc that flares up every now and then. I think I'm going to retire and work part time at something a bit easier on me. In spite of a few ailments I can't really complain. I'm blessed to be in good health, otherwise.

That makes a lot of sense. I'm fortunate that for me the heaviest thing I have to lift these days is my laptop - other than a few times a year setting up trade show booths.

It's good that these days there are choices about how we can organize our later working years. I remember my parents and grandparents generations worked until birthday 65 and then got the watch and that was it.

Thanks for the likes and comments on the Rat Hat yesterday. I do believe that is the first hat I ever made unintentionally.
The black hat streak is over. Today, my new to ne Vanzina Pavia with a dry-bash.

Might change to my Lou Seal Velour for the Giants game though. It is a chilly day.
