Today I am wearing the C&K 1950s homburg. For some reason, this hat just makes me so darned happy. Silly...

Early tomorrow, the family and I fly to Denver to visit my earliest and best friend from childhood and beyond who is very sick. So, today I have to figure out the one hat I will take with me. Oh... decisions, decisions...

Mark, I tried to find something in your post that wasn't awesome. I failed miserably. Beautiful hat, great coordinated clothing, and one heck of a Tommy! Great way to kick off Friday eve!

Thanks, Matt. My wife briefly commented on the extra time I spent choosing an outfit this morning.

Believe me, the muted coordinating colors were deliberately chosen. Another team member and I need to explain to two different clients that they are subject to judgments being filed against them because they did not forward paperwork to us. One is a $5k loss and the other is closer to $46K. Painful discussions, and I've learned that bright, bold colors don't lend themselves to such meetings.

Been playing catch up this morning folks, and I'm a little overwhelmed. And I feel kinda bad because it's been a real bugger of a week and all I've had on my head has been a filthy ballcap, which has gotten considerably more so the last few days. But...it's Friday Eve and I can see some light at the end of the tunnel, so I'll just post this pic of little T in her hat from last night, until I can get cleaned up and under a proper lid again.

Hope everyone's week has been smoother (and cleaner) than mine and you all enjoy the weekend around the corner.
