Plus one on the jacket!
Thanks guys. Had it a while now; so soft!
Jack, I know this is a stupid question, but what does color Campdraft is "MBCD". I am aware of silver belly, bluegrass green, moonstone, and taupe fawn. Yours looks like my taupe fawn on my screen. Regardless, your hat looks awesome by any name!
Medium brown. I was trying to be really creative & light up my ol' white beard almost to the point of blowing out part of the exposure. But the hat looks true in my monitor. If it's not chocolate brown on your's then it's probably your monitor.

We are lucky enough to have tickets for a special pre-view showing of the new British film Dad's Army. There's a gang of us going all dressed up in the period, but unfortunately I don't have a Home Guard uniform, so my wife and I are dressing up 1940's civilian vintage. Sorry there's no time for a photo, (she's doing her make-up and you can't rush perfection, or so I'm told,) so best not ask her to pose. However, we will be wearing the same outfits that we wore on a previous occasion and posted the photo here. So, apologies for the re-run, but you wouldn't want to be the cause of a domestic, would you? Here we are, the hat is my lovely Stetson Sovereign. Keep an eye on the Cinema thread, I'll post a précis when I get a moment.

You guys looked (and are going to look!) fantastic! Too bad that we all (myself included) don't dress with the style and grace that you both display. Enjoy the movie!

Thanks! I don't think they offer it in medium brown any more, correct?

Hey everyone!
Went on a road trip yesterday, missed out on many pages of fine lids and some great news also!
Congrats on mini-moon on-the-way, moon!
Yesterday, and again today, my Knox Tom 'n' Jerry.

Nerly stepped on this as I went down my stairs to take selfies.

I believe that is the closest that a cat can get to a look of gratitude for not being stepped on.
Have a great day!

Good afternoon. Busy day for me. Early morning found me in a Lee Adventurer. This vtg. fedora has a luscious, soft felt. The light blue-gray based felt is solo easy to wear. I have to be careful not to "love it to an early death."

The hat waits in the car with the Vtg. Stetson, Stratoliner and a Gannon. I have worn them all sometime between last evening and this afternoon.

Rick, I just ordersd an Akubra RM Williams from Australian Gear in the dark brown. Very similar to a CD, but it is precreased. No big deal. They had been out of stock for a long time, but I just got word earlier in the week that new orders will be shipping out sometime this month.

That Lee is awesome. I always enjoy seeing you in that one!
My back seat needs to look more like yours.
