Wednesday, my brand new Borsalino Sisol in tan.

Have to get used to the 2" brim, at first just seemed not right, but after wearing if fotlr the morning began to feel better.

I am used to begger brims and taller crowns !!

javadave, that Falcon Park is deluxe and delightful. I dig the color of the band.

Took the modern Whippet out for a stroll yesterday—first time. I like the hat. It's comfortable and compared to my only (2) vintage hats or Akubra, I don't feel like the felt is that far off. I like it just fine. Being the neophyte that I am, I think that's a good first impression for Stetson to make. I would like to try their new, premium, open crown Whippet to see what differences there may be (aside from dimensions). The brim snaps up or down nicely and looks good worn either way. My only complaint is the tack stitches. There has to be a way to make them more subtle.

Two hat day today. First the Stetson 50s Royal Deluxe followed by the Falcon Park. The orange shirt was crying out for it.
