Thank you Alan!
Thank you Adrian!
Thank you Justin!

You gents have me thinking it really does matter when we dress "up." I even used to put a tie on when I worked from home, to set the tone. Guess I'll have to go back to that... THANKS!

Richard - love your Tawney Fed. Really "tops" off your wardrobe ensemble! And yes, you definitely win the prize for best backgrounds in your photos!

Perry - love the OR! I bet you had no idea that I am fond of OR hats!

David - very nice Courtney!

HatsRMe - very nice M&K Custom. I really like that color!

Miamibruno - very nice Marathon and a fantastic crease!

Taking my new Premiere Stetsonian on a "test drive" this morning. Picked it up at the outlet a few days ago when I was in the area.

Not sure what to think about a wide ribbon hat on me but it is a very nice hat! Just a simple dry crease for the time being. (I'm still trying to figure out why I look like I'm in pain when I take photos of myself!) LOL

Isn't it amazing how that works?! I avoided stingies most of my life, but now having lost weight (almost 60 lbs.) in the last few years, I feel I can wear them. And, as I got to within 15-20 lbs of my ideal (?) weight, even my hat size dropped, thank goodness. But I am still hard to fit.

hatsRme lovely grey hat. Very good look.

I too have been on a diet for the past few months - the 5&2. I've lost 3 1/2 stone (49lb) and almost half an inch around my head. Not sure how that works. I feel great for it, but now none of my clothes fit and I threw out all my 'skinny' clothes a couple of years ago thinking I wouldn't need them again. With hats I use some cork strips, but unfortunately the same doesn't work around the waist!

Rick - That is a great hat. And you wear them wonderfully. I loved the old Stetsonians. I like the wide-brims so I'm prejudice toward them. And as you can tell by my hat today, blue is OK with me.

Alan - That is an amazing hat. Look at that crown. Awesome white on white.

Rick, you got some nice ones at the outlet. I am waiting for some of those ORs with the contrasting ribbons, super!

Alan, outstanding Clear Nutria, That's a Holy Grail for sure!

The strangest thing about the OR that I picked up is that the felt is Royal DeLuxe like the Premier Strat and Premiere Stetsonian, but has little to no stiffener in it, so it is flexible. No floppy but definitely not rigid like modern OR.

Perry - great hat (and shirt!)

David - Courtney looks a great companion :)

Charlie - very sharp look, with a beautiful hat.

Miami - I love that Marathon. Great ensemble too.

Rick - The Stetsonian looks great - much as I like the new Strats, it's definitely more my cup of tea.

Alan - Stunning!

Sam - that's a real beauty with that ribbon work.
