You know, I wish hat sizes would stay consistent from maker to maker. Some hats brands I can wear a 7 1/8. In other brands 7 1/8 would be way too tight. Some brands a 7 1/4 fits me perfectly. In other brands a 7 1/4 would be way too big. Usually a 7 1/8 Long Oval fits me pretty good. Unfortunately this very nice Knox 15 Westlite, a 7 1/8 LO, is too snug for me. I hate to think about letting this one go

Looks like it sits well on you, TJ. Could it be stretched a bit and made better/more comfortable?

Know what you mean about variances in sizes. I have to watch that in clothing - especially that I might buy online. I've found some of those sizes (e.g., L, XL, XXL kind of sizes) turn out too small for what they usually fit.

Boots are Barker 'Harrison' - traditional English Brogues but with a Dainite sole.

Terry - I'm an in between size - sometimes a 60, sometimes a 61, and annoyingly it can vary within brand as well as from brand. A Hat-stretcher or strip of foam generally sorts it out. If a stretcher won't do it on that Knox it definitely looks worth getting it re-blocked by John. Looks good.

Justin - very nice cap.
