"The American" went well, other than my warm mosit breath mixing with an extremely dry concert venue causing a river of condensation underneath my C key, making a lovely gurgly quarter-tone variation on a few notes in the second movement melody... Oh, the life of an oboist during seasonal shifts... lol

Borsalino Fall Diptych

Thank you for the many nice comments on yesterday's Stetson 1X Nutria.

This is an older (pre-war, I think) Borsalino embellished with a pin from my friend Aureliano.

I am pensive about having borrowed back my Urban Outfitters scarf from my daughter. I smell a little like an 18 year old girl.

Sam, right, It's from Ikea. You have the same? My wife wanted that bed!

We had it for awhile. It's very sturdy but I didn't like that you couldn't get out through the foot of the bed. We had a very small bedroom and with one side of the bed up against a wall there was only one side available to get out. It became a bit claustrophobic.

Nice VS Executive SBG. The first thing I noticed on that first photo was the strange fan-like protrusion on your shoes.
Do you find it hard to keep the very light hats like that one clean? I'm considering a very white felt for one of my next customs but I'm not so sure if it'll work with the naturally contagious dirtiness of my smaller children.
