I grew up with both my grandmother and mother warning me that "a watched pot never boils". I don't know if that applies to rasberries but you might want to be careful.

jlee, I'm a little surprised to see you wearing that type of crease. Personally I really like the look of yours and D-mans hats today.

Thanks! I'm a bit surprised to see me wearing this type of crease too! I'm experimenting with different looks for this 100. I figured I'd put a little western back in the west coast. I mean, Steve McQueen had a Ft. Worth crease in Magnificent 7, and was also in Bullit, which was shot in San Francisco....so, it's something like six degrees of (hat) separation

Jared and Thunder, nice Hat and Cap. The 100 is a fine Hat and I like the cattleman crease!
Thunder, Bela made a good job!

Thanks Manfred! It is a fine hat indeed. Very glad to have picked it up.

Jared - the S100 looks good on you with that crease.

Eric - the Strat and the VS are both nice hats for today. You are a worthy VS customer of the month!

SRX - Amsterdam, not been there for years (I was born only about 100 miles away on the Essex coast), love your photos. Great hat too, I love my Black Cherry from Art!

Here in New Hampshire it was chilly and rainy most of today and I was wearing my Campdraft. This evening it cleared up and got warm again so switched to my Brent Black Monte

Today, I'm wearing a Stetson Havana. It's not actually made by stetson, due to the new contract for Linens... but it's still quite nifty looking and significantly cooler in New Orleans at the moment than the Fur Felt with leather sweatbands...

Here's another kick in the head... a lovely lightweight Borsalino with a heck of a bad hack job. I've sanded the brim to even it out, but the real solution, I think, would be to go a dualist route and do a brim replacement in black. Unfortunately, the inside liner with paper crown and unreeded sweatband are perfect. I'm glad I have a few other hats I can wear while I ponder this one.

That's a tough one for sure, Alan. The mottled felt looks like a Misto. Any model name in it? I'd very much like to know the felt color name, too.
