Already 70'F here in Minnesota. Got my morning chores complete the past few hours in the "cool." Wearing my milan (thanks again Robert). Notable and stately milan hat. It stands up proudly, is cool (so far) and offers protection.

I just finished up and am taking a cup of coffee to the lakeside to appreciate the breeze across the lake. No motors can be heard, so the monring is peacefull and contemplative.

Best, Eric -

Today, a mid-2000s casual classic, made by the lowest bidder. It will not hold a diamond bash, but it does fit in my pocket. Perfect for a day of reserve duty!

Lee Adventurer this morning. The hat slipped on my head as I am cleaning up from my morning fun. I am back from a morning on the lake in the light breezes. Peacefull and carefree feeling in a sailing boat. My ball cap stays in the storage bag with the sailing stuff.

A rare moment when the ambient light matched the camera's idea of daylight--no adjustments and very close color.

I like it! Very nice.

Cheers, Mike!

David, I'm not familiar with the Barrister, but that's a good looking fedora.

Thanks, BR. There are not many Barristers around it seems. There is a thread here with a couple of examples and I think Josh had one at one time. The hat Alan is wearing in the Barrister thread is the one I have now.

Thanks Z, Randall, Hatto and Manfred.

The Barrister is a nice hat, but the crown is lower than I usually wear - you wouldn't know that from the iPhone selfie I posted with all its distortion of course. I was just creasing a Dobbs 20 and when it sits next to the Barrister, the Dobbs is over an inch taller.

Nice Borsa Hommie, Manfred!

Eric - great milan for you today. I hope it gets warm enough for straw hats here again at some point - although I must admit, it has been nice to wear some felt hats this week as well.

Robert - cool hats for both Roberts today.

Javier - good job pulling off the stingy look.

John - nice milan - looks like a nice day down your way.

Where's my Hat... ? in Upstate NY!
Thanks David. The hat is a really good beaver felt. I know most here exclusively enjoy the wides, but I appreciate the fact that you and others don't crucify some of us stingy folks. Thanks again.

I noticed some nice colors on felts and panamas and Milan (nice ribbon too).

Nice Borsa, Manfred!

Eric - nice Milan, that's one bad boy.

Robert & Robert - two thumbs up...

RLK- Nice color, rare.

David- as usual you collection is sweet, one stunner after another!

John - great Milan & nice ribbon.

Frank- Nice cabbie .

Friday it will be warmer for us, but the cooler weather gave us a second chance at some felt wearing.
