I took my Stetson Straw Whippet with me on my cruise to Key West and Cozumel. Here are a few pics of what I was wearing on the cruise.
My wife had to take a pic of me in front of a hat shop in Key West - they mostly had touristy stuff...

Bolt, I love that one in that colour.
Billy, both choices I like!
Mr P, nice casual look for a change!
Rob, Hatophile, good to see thin ribbons get some lovin'.
Well done, gentlemen!

Great hats everyone!

I've never seen an "adjustable" flat cap before, how does it adjust?

looks like you had a blast, I've always wanted to travel for the holidays.

I love the fact that in the same day we can have pics of weather extremes!

That Camp Draft looks perfect for a walkabout. I like your look in the wider brims; very dignified.

Thanks, I have brims from 3" to 1 1/2" I like the variety of the brims (different brim ~ different attitude) the only real requirement i have is that the crown must be "square'r" than my chin. but on any given day the campdraf is my "go to" hat.

A good couple for a rainy day, trench coat and beaver hat...

That looks like a very short front pinch. do you have any better pics of it?

Got caught in an unexpected downpour, thin felt hat soaked through promptly pooling at the base of the crown-dampening the stitched portion of the leather sweatband which split along part of the stitches when it dried out. Felt is fine naturally. Not ruined but --Fur Felt Fedoras--NOT RAIN HATS. Thick and stiff = more water resistance.
