Lots of great hats. A rich weekend! JTL, that blue Dobbs is :eusa_clap .
Hatophile, I like both - the one with the beaded band I would like better with just the beads, though. Just a suggestion!
Jaunty, that thin ribbon blue hat rocks it! The whole outfit does!

I donned my Penman Raiders again.

Today I wore my Akubra Federation. Ironically, for basically the first time, I was almost-blatantly dressed like Indiana Jones, and not surprisingly I did receive two Indy-related comments, but they are friendly and complimentary, one guy even wished he could dress like that. I just decided out of the blue that I would try a pseudo, semi-Jones look today, and I went all-out with my "imitation Indy-gear," or what could pass as such; basically the hat (not accurately creased by the way), leather jacket (Navy G-1), Arrow white dress shirt, Land's End khaki chinos, and a black belt and dress shoes. It was an interesting social experiment, but this is not usually how I dress to wear my Fed IV, as like I said, it is blatantly asking for the Indy comment.

Had to take it with a cracked mirror...

It's a Stratoliner kinda day

First outing for my grey and tan Stetson Strat. The date under the lovely soft, wide sweat is 27 March 1948.
