Such a great hat!Still having felt temps this morning, back to the 90s all next week. To celebrate, I ran out for some mochas for the wife and I. Further celebration was my Mallory XV on my head. Feels so good to at least wear it for a couple of hours...

Whew, that one made my heart speed up a little.Sovereign Stetson Twenty
True color thanks to flat light.
If I abandon my usual activies today, perhaps this will stay clean.

Not that you looked bad without it, but I'm liking the beard; it suits you. The hat speaks for itself.Raining today, so spent some time with my co-owners trying to work out a magneto problem on my share o plane. Next plane over was an RAF colours T-6 Texan (Or as the Brit’s called it, Harvard). Dusty hanger, rain outside so opted for the indestructible Campdraft.
I went to Liguria and Rome, too.Querido Max, has visto un rincón de Italia. Maravilloso, sin embargo, una rebanada.
Extrañas muchos otros segmentos antes de tener un trozo de naranja llamado Italia
That fantastic Michael. The color combination is subtle but perfect! This ole yeller 3X on a fine morning

Will be hot again this afternoon. Well, actually, it will be hot again in about 15 minutes. Time for a little exercise now I think.

Another nice one Mike. It’s funny how in the winter we miss the straw and in the summer we miss the felt.Still having felt temps this morning, back to the 90s all next week. Welcome Larry. Adam made really good hats. Looks like you found one.Adam Premier in "Aspen" color. Bit on the beater side of the aisle but I like it. View attachment 130773
I just love the Harvard paint schemes. Our Texans were cool, but the AT-6 planes on the continent had to hide more on a daily basis. Great hat, goes right with a vintage aircraft. Your Co-Plane has not been in the photos for a while, I miss seeing it.Raining today, so spent some time with my co-owners trying to work out a magneto problem on my share o plane. whoaaa! Bringing it today Brent. New I assume? Love it, a rare bird any day, but in your size...unicorn.Mac Lachlan homburg:

He was on Steven Colbert a while back promoting his tour. Still has it! Love to see Redi-Kilowatt.Two days, same hat. Just had to run out for dinner supplies this morning under this Adam, Executive Quality Pacesetter. Reddy accompanied Mrs. Fruno and me last night to catch David Byrne at a local facility. If you get a chance to see him on this tour, run, don't walk, and buy tickets. I was blown away by the unique and impressive show.
Yes, he was burning down the house last night.
Sent directly from my mind to yours.
I like the ribbon on this one. Showy feather. Is it open crown or a stiff felt?Breakin' in this new Stetson this afternoon. Nice cool weather in Dallas for
August here.

Preach it Brother!!Another nice one Mike. It’s funny how in the winter we miss the straw and in the summer we miss the felt.
Love the lines on this one Bill. That brim stitching and liner really is sweet.Been getting some much needed rain in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. And still below 90 degrees. So another felt is called for. This time a vintage Knox Foxhound in a lighter sage.

Yes you are indeed. That Strat is a thing of beauty. You have a stellar hat there.View attachment 130852 View attachment 130853 View attachment 130851 View attachment 130854
Some wicked hats on this thread. Here's my 40's Stratoliner, had to bring it out for the cool breeze on this late afternoon. I think I'm getting better at hat photos! Hope these turned out well, so I can demonstrate this hat at its best.
