Back home with Ana. I guess she is feeling better. Neat-freaking again, and texting at the speed of an old-style IBM printer.
Stetson Playboy today. I love the color of this felt, and the weightlessness.

Is that the other "New Slant"? He had one like mine only earlier. They had the same lines and features, but the Moon Portis had an earlier liner. Great looking hat. I only pick up a hint of green on my monitor.

Had to make it a two hat day as my new Latte Agnoulita needed to be worn.

It must be a vanilla latte, my favorite. This one is a real looker Brent. I like the way he handled the thin ribbon and brim stitching. Very nice my friend!

Today I wore my "Reich-Exoten Sisal" straw. Extreme light weight with a very fine weave. Ebay auction for 23,- Euro.

Wow! That is one beautiful light looking Sisal. Wonderful details and that weave is to die for.

Mine doesn't have a liner at all. I posted it before...

Be careful Max, once you go European you can never go back. That is my problem (addiction) with hats from Holland.
Steven sent me the Hückel Clipper I so admire. It is one of the hats coming in. And Optimos, I am told, have a European style. I can flip back and forth, no problem. :D
Sort of like speaking Spanish or English.

As I said before, that is the first cap I have really liked.

Thanks. I'm quite fond of this one myself.
Wearing another of my conversions today. I just completed this Stagecoach. It's another of my brushed finish longhairs. It has my usual tall straight crown with an 1 5/8 contrasting ribbon and a 2 3/4 snap brim. I'll have more pictures in the Conversion Corral tomorrow. It was cool and damp enough this morning for my leather jacket....

You're not covering your mug. What happened?

Hat's great btw. You really do a great job on these conversions.
