Ah, I thought the brim was a bit different. Mine is a 2" underwelt. I'm guessing they are around the same age still.

Michael

Yeah, mid to late 50s is my guess on mine. I only own two Resistols. I wish I could find a few more of their dress hats in my size.

Stetson Royal Deluxe two-tone to buck TAR Thursday.

If Max can wear felt in Mexico City today (and a GORGEOUS Borsa it IS, @drmaxtejeda!) I can try it here in the Boston area, too!

Royal Stetson.

Thank you, Charlie. Mexico City is never too hot or humid. The altitude. I have a friend who is from Quito, Ecuador, who says that the weather there is similar, even being right on the ecuator, for the same reason.

Some excellent hats this morning, gents. Today I pulled out one from a very small collection of hats in my hat room that is not older than me (or not older than I, if you follow that manner of speaking). However you say it, hope you are enjoying a very happy Lughnasadh.

Getting a flashback, here, Alan. That is SO my dad's style of Milan. The top of Dad's crown is out of view here, but it's exactly like yours. As a high school junior, I took this shot at Logan Airport in mid 1972, using a Leica M3, with 135mm Leitz Elmar lens at f/4. My memory was better then.

Great look for you Alan. Being mostly Welsh and Irish with a some Scots mixed in, Lughnasadh sounds like a good excuse for a nice single malt tonight.
