Too warm for felt in Southern California . . .

Biltmore Montreal panama. People compliment this hat every time I wear it.

Edit: Hope these pics stay oriented correctly this time.

Greetings All:
Today for shady Sunday, 84*, it’s the
Non-Mystery Black. It’s been yelping headtime since it’s Viagra infused brother got some.
The felt of this one is nothing but amazing. I can’t compare it to any because nothing of mine is like it. I’d get buried in this hat but that would be such a waste.
Thanks for all kudos of late.
Be well. Bowen

Off to the store for supplies and essentials for the cruise next week. Nice cool day, wearing the Hückel Special from the Flying Finn. The blue gray color of this one makes it a contender for what hats will go with us to Alaska. Have to start planning for that.

The color I see in my screen is beautiful. I hope it is the real color of the hat.

It's just that my fedoras looked too wide-brimmed for a night event... Something wasn't right. And the blue one was too light-colored.
Look, I took pictures before leaving for the prom.
The rest are of my family minus Sabrina, my other daughter, and a couple of the buildings next to where the event was held taken this morning. I took those because you expressed an interest in Mexico City, Brent. As you can see, the stereotypical third-world image of the city is long gone.
The party ended at 5:25 AM, so Maralisa just stayed at the hotel. I picked her up today wearing my Camel Manhattan.

Both of those fedoras look great with that suit.

Great looking felt and the proportions are classics. Understand that we will expect photos from the cruise. :)

Sorry to hear about your wife’s broken arm. We’re all hoping for a speedy and pain-free recovery.

When I posted the quoted message, the pics were all positioned correctly, but now they seem rotated 90 degrees to the side . . . I've had some issues with pics in this way on this forum from time to time. I don't get how they get rotated after they were initially fine. Anyone know why this happens? Am I the only one experiencing this?

Catching up with a Private labeled Cavanagh. This was a surprise when it arrived. I bought it only for the "Levine Hats" box, for my pal Mr. Levine. When I opened the box to find a Cav, in my size, (7-3/4 XLO) I did a happy dance that I'm glad nobody saw. Levine got another hat.

Found another place not too far out of town for exploring. Tasha started to show her age, and had a slight incident, but after carrying her like a baby out of the river and up the rocky banks all turned out fine.
Buckaroo whiskey derby for the bulk of the day. Switched to the Texas Hatters Cuenca derby once we were home and cleaned up.

The color of the felt is not named in the advertisement. It does mention the Knox Westlite comes in a "squirrel" hued felt. :) Now that is a unique color label! BTW: Squirrels in my neighborhood come in black, brown and red and shades. They are truly integrated in my neck of the woods. The black squirrels are more recent immigrants and were welcomed. ;)

She still hasn't seen the Ortho guy, hopefully today. They need to put her in a cast that is a little less restrictive. I understand that internet on the ship if crappy and expensive. Hopefully I can figure out tapatalk to post some images while in port.

Such a cool old hat Bowen. Maybe we can bury you in a Stratoliner or something so this one can live on. Not anytime soon I'm sure.

Yes, actually these images are pretty true to the nice blue/gray color.

Tonight I switched to straw. Brent Black with VS ribbon treatment.
