At least you're wearing a good hat every day! What's not to like?Guys I only own one fur felt hat so their isn't a choice of which one to wear. But it does help to lift ones mood. May God help all the ones suffering throughout the world today. From a cloudy Halifax, Nova Scotia.

You really need a good fez! Thanks, Stefan. Now I need to expand into derbys, Homburgs and top hats. Maybe a fiddler cap. [emoji16]

Taht's a fine looking borsalino, Karl. I like the brim stitching on that one.View attachment 114439 View attachment 114440 90s borsalino sunbathing. I've the fire on inside but I think this is spring.
Thanks, Matt. The "averla" colour was quite popular it seems. Here's a backorder addressed to the dutch importer for borsalino in the sixties ordering two colours: amiata (a grey tone) and the averla.I have no "Aver"sion to that hat. It is a stunner.
And that tie is smokin'.
Thank you, Mike.It is so hard to pick a favorite out of this parade Jeff, but I would go with the Cat's choice! Thanks for this, very enjoyable.
I didn't think a pork pie was for me either, but I needed this style. I am warming up to it. Such nice felt and construction, kind of a last hurrah before USA hats took a downturn.
Thanks Stefan, it really makes me feel a little "regal" wearing it around campus. It does get some heads turning.
Lovely color and brim Stefan. This one is a corker!
Perfect look Fabio. I think the puppy approves too.
Very nice Bob.
This cap is really nice looking Charlie. I wonder if the survival of these caps from the 1930 is rare due to their construction and casual everyday wear? This one appears to be a pristine example. Cool look!
Spring is here for some of us in the northern regions. At least you can look forward to overcoats and felts!
Peace is the hope for many of us this morning Eric. I also hope for spring to arrive for you in the wilds of Minn. The Gannon looks cool with the snow drifts on it.
That's already a stunning hat, Richard. Love to see it after the ribbon change.Dalton
40s - early 50s Dalton from eBay a couple of weeks ago. These are after a bath and one of @bond replacement sweatbands. Will still have to find a new ribbon wore it this morning anyway
Ribbon came stitched together in a loop but must have shrunk a little when I washed it.

That's a very fine looking homburg, Chuck. I like the way they did the sweatband. Was the windcord already wrapped around the bow-keeper, or did you do that? Never seen that before.Back from hardware store.Got my Mac Lachlan "THE EDEN" out of it's box this morning.
These panamas are a work of art.Hey everyone!
I am honoring a master weaver in Ecuador whose name I don't know today by wearing his or her art in the form of this Optimo Superfino. Plus, it's a beautiful afternoon.
Just as long as I don't think about that broken brim too much...
Have a great day!

That's the real deal, Tonio. Great to see one being worn. That picture required a black belt in selfie skills as well
You seem to own that style already, Mike.Long day building the set for our latest production. Lots of theater dust and sawdust, so I left the Stetson Pork Pie on my Stage Manager's desk. Felt on this one is too nice to be a theater beater. I will be going into "black" mode next week, stage ninjas wear this color (or lack there of...) to disappear while moving set pieces.
