Formerly "TAR" Tuesday, our terminology continues to evolve...

Glad to hear you are mending. I know how crummy shingles can be, I had them on my head in 2012, sucked. At least you are looking good today while healing.

DA-yum, Bob!! One fine lid there! So, after the Thin Ribbon Roundup is over, I say let's have a Homburg Hullabbaloo! The Stetson Special (with a thin/thick ribbon).
Strat clone by Knox. My favorite thin ribbon. New overcoat, cashmere/wool blend made in Italy.

Old No. 1
Thinnest ribbon i have. Any thinner it’d be a thread.

It's wide, but it's not thick.
Weather warming up here in the Deep South. Going to hit 64 so I rode the Big Indian to work w/ a beater in the saddlebag.
Oh man..Sorry to hear about your friend.I had temporary vision loss in my right eye.I was lucky it came back.@DOGMAN, I had a friend (now deceased) who permanently lost vision in one eye from it. THAT's crummy.

Today is a dang good day.1st time I was able to wear a hat when I left the house since the shingles happened.1st time I put on the western weight Resistol 5X fedora.
Nice bike. As a kid I had a '48 Bonneville Chief. Road it year 'round for 2 or 3 years. Great fun. Hat wouldn't stay on though.
Thanks man but i’m friggin embarrassed my pics come up sideways!! I hate that. It’s so annoying and i don’t wanna be “THAT GUY” muckin up the thread ya know?If thinnest is it, you WIN, Bowen! Can we see the inside of Old No. 1, when you can, please? I think it's fantastic!
I haven't seen anything that thin since the last time I went to the beach! Great hat, Bowen!View attachment 105082 Greetings All:
