Winter has struck. Mix of rain and snow this morning with winds gusting to 40 mph. Dang. Dobbs Hanover Square stays on my head in the yard. Not so sure it will be the proper choice when I get out to brave the wind in the open

Could be a good day to veg with some dvds, but for now I'm braving the elements in this early 1950s overcoat. I guess I do have an errand to run before vegging can set in.

Extra special classy today Michael. Love the parade of coats of late.
Thanks Red. 'Tis the season of overcoats. You've been putting on some very nice hats of late. I like that modern sage Strat you are wearing today. A lot. Great colors.

Love the ribbon color and bow work on that Marathon. You must not have any competition for these wonderful finds. They just sit there waiting for you to come in.
Thanks Red, but I'm afraid that isn't the case. I've left some before to stew over whether I wanted them or not and they were not there the next time I went in. And I'm sure some come and go without me ever seeing them. Particularly the more desirable, around here, types.

Thanks,
Michael

Thanks Serge. I am really liking this hat. The coat is a relatively light gabardine, but has an alpaca pile lining and that collar, so it is nice and warm, but not terribly heavy. It is one of my favorites for windy weather.

Great hats gents. Must be light-colored hat day.
Thanks, Perry.
Fantastic look on you.
That's kind of you to say, Bill. Sometimes I feel a bit self-conscious with this one because of the brim width. I worry that I might look kind of like the attached photo. Be well.
Super! Brim for miles, love it.
Thanks Mike. Great looking Stetson.
holy Moly, love this one
Thanks, Justin.

As for your hat... I can say only HOLIER MOLYER. That's unreal.
