Thank you, sir.Nice Picture and Hat @Samuel .
Karl, thanks. That railbird is something else isn't it? There are advantages to having a pinhead size head like I do when it comes to collecting hats.Looks better on you the Dunn, but, love that railbird
Yeh, looks like it might suit the north European climate.Karl, thanks. That railbird is something else isn't it? There are advantages to having a pinhead size head like I do when it comes to collecting hats.
Thanks! There is, and I actually have one, but it's modern and very shiny. I'm on the hunt for a more subdued hat badge from the same era as the hat.Impressive. Is there a Boyscout metal pin or badge that could go in that grommet? That would really be cool!
Same doorway, different hat... a Stetson 7X Clear Beaver, which is on sale through midnight tonight in the classifieds.

That's a sharpie, Anthony!
Nice gift.
Thanks for the warm wishes. I do like the winter season. Around this time each year we have a teaser snowfall. Most of the time it does not stay, but it hints of what is coming.Snow already? Stay warm my friend !!
Yikes, not snow!!!! Beautiful hat though.
Always good to see that one, Eric. That bow is something special.
Beautiful hats, Stefan! Good reasons to look a little smug!In between the comments (I am not going back to the point where my computer broke down), I'll post my own hats of today. A three hat day, let's call them try outs.

second one was part of the hat-swap with Mike (Redfokker). A wonderful Stephen L. Stetson. More on that one too later.

Third one was part of a hat-swap too, this time with Richard (Morgan). Stetson Railbird (and more on that one too later on).

If I do look a little smug in the pictures it's because there were reasons for it (on my head). Great hats, all of them.

Thanks. No species ID yet. I was looking at a mink hat today and it's definitely not that. I'll find out someday, maybe.Great look, Michael. That is an intriguing hat; is there a result on the species yet?
Very nice. I'm always amazed by your ability to make hats with sportswear look good! Well done, sir!Same doorway, different hat... a Stetson 7X Clear Beaver, which is on sale through midnight tonight in the classifieds.
