Thanks Red. You are right on the militaria aspect of today's hat. According to Daan this one would have been made for the Spanish Foreign Legion, or, I think, Paratroopers. The Perfecto style motorcycle jacket may be a bit out of the theme, but I believe the pants are authentic German submariners pants from April 1943.
