Why Charlie, you're looking quite spiffy yourself today.
Congrats on the new job. Hope all goes well there.Unbeknownst to all but a few FLers, I've been out of work since November.
That changes today. New position, new company, old hat. 1950s Stetson Playboy as I ready myself for paperwork, badges, training and general first day festivities. Have a great Monday, all!

These stitched crown and brim hats you've been showing of late are just too cool. Great.Monday grey and windy
Hat produced by "La Familiare - Montevarchi - Tuscan"
"Qualità Misto Spidy" it is a mixture of few furs and more wool
It is very well finished for a hat made when the golden years were almost over
It came New Old Stock from a Piedmont shop
Buon Lunedì a tutti voi!

Very cool, Michael. Not quite straw weather here yet...Supposed to be windy and warm today. Sombreros Pacific Panama gets the call.

May have to change to a cap for the bike ride portion of the day due to gusty winds.

Man, I love it! It's got to be the best looking BGCD ever!On Friday I picked up my Bluegrass Green Camp Draft from Texas Hatters who changed the ribbon and brim binding to a copper colored ribbon for me. This is one of my favorite hats, but it was not getting much head-time – but adding the contrasting ribbon should cure that. Another great job by Texas Hatters! I also re-creased it to a diamond over the weekend.

Great choice, Sir Charles! Very stylish, as always. For Jim's first day, I grabbed the StylePark Templeform.
