Was pretty bad here too. Most of it's gone now.

That hat is really superb.

Yes, most of it is gone here too.

Thank you, it's a special hat.
I have been playing with the idea of showing 2 very similar hats, yet make one very feminine.
Same felt, same ribbon, same block.
Just a way of showing what custom details can do to I guess. My quest for very feminine fedora's :)

Happy Saturday.

Heading out under the pre-WWII Adam homburg. Trying to get used to beardless face (darned male pattern facial baldness...). View attachment 67281 View attachment 67282 View attachment 67283 View attachment 67284 View attachment 67285 View attachment 67286 View attachment 67287

It's a very interesting hat. The felt is very thin, so it's comfortable even in warm weather. I really dig that it seems to have vestiges of the early german homburgs. View attachment 67288 I'm glad that Adam gave this style a shot in the marketplace.

Have a swell day.
Now that homburg has the perfect profile and dimensions! Great example of a classic style!

I think you look at least 20 years younger! I too like the curl on that hommie. It does give it a vintage European look. Cool!

Lotta nice hats everyone. I'm definitely envious of all the nice lids.

This Resistol Stagecoach is a conversion, a work still in progress. I haven't decided on what to do with the brim, yet. It'll either end up being a 2 3/4 brimmed fedora or a wide brimmed Safari style hat of some sort. Still deciding. After several reblockings, tons of cussing and throwing it in the trash, I finally got the crown where I wanted it...I'll post it in the conversion corral after I finally decide on the end result...gotta find a ribbon, too. This one's not attached. I'm trying to get an idea of the ribbon width I want, if I go that route.

Greg... That is such a smokin', smokey looking hat. Always love to see it.

Thank you, Sir Matt.

Love everything about that hat BB, especially the color. It looks great on you with a black shirt.

Thanks, HJ. Glad you're on the mend. I love black but it shows everything

Nice crease and color! Boots ain't bad either, Bama!

Thanks, D. Cowboy boots would look good under one of those fine suits you wear.

Fine Levine Greg. Love the color and that ribbon too.

Thank you, Mike.
