I love this, my goal is for a VS in a nice light blue. Is this color more toward the blue end or a really light gray? My monitor shows it as almost white. Nice ribbon as well.

Good morning, Mike! This color is best described (in my eyes) as a light gray/blue/gray. Extremely versatile, goes with about everything, it was the only lid I brought for a 12 day trip this year.

Thanks again! If you have a smaller head size 56cm or smaller you have a better chance of finding one.

I do wear a size 56, and have come across some nice velours in Germany and Austria, but they tend to be trachten models, while I would like something more formal like yours (and preferably affordable too, which may be a problem).
