O.F. Hess "Praga", this hat is from my 2015 Czech find. O.F. Hess was a hat company located in Bohemia Czechoslovakia (now Czechia) that didn't survive much past the end of WWII.

Whenever you refer to one of your "finds", I have this image of you dressed like Indiana Jones carrying a torch and rappelling down into some dark, crypt-like room that is filled with sparkling hats.

It always puts a smile on my face.

Oh, absolutely. My wife's relatives in the Chicago area laugh hysterically every time I comment on how southern Californians deal with the "cold" weather.

Just to be clear, I like snow just fine...where it is. On the local mountains. That way, I can go there, play in the snow, then leave it there and come home where it's warmer and dry. :cool:

It has a very soft felt in a brown-reddish color

It has a medium hair and the felt was made in a superb way

Matt, That is great! Actually this find was fairly easy but having them sent to America was an adventure. Also the money transfer .
