Bolero, what is it about Banzai trees that people are constantly trimming them? Do they get out of control that quickly? Always wondered about this
40, blown away by every hat
Alan, ditto
Harv, it is amazing how good you look in caps. I love all your hats and you look great in them, too. But, you look like a character a movie could be built around in that cap!
Stetson today
This one I got from Alan. He took a chance on this one from a questionable ebay listing and passed it on to me last year
Nonsense!! Keep posting away -- love your hats. Wouldn't mind seeing more pics of your blocks as well!
Thanks buddy!Hope you're feeling better soon.
Nice. Nice. Nice. And... Nice!
Ha! Thanks D. Good luck with yoursGreat hat! Misery loves company. I just made my appointment today for my nagging pain too!

Alan, thank you.Good to have a better half and to know from whence the pain came. My better half saved my life many years back with similar insistence. Feel better, Harv.
Thank you love.Almost done.
Yeah. I will at one point. But thank you for your faith!
And yes, I know. Hey! Can I borrow that OR?
I hope you feel better soon hon. Nagging pains are the worst.
Thanks. Right back at you, D. Sharp as ever, my friend.Fabulous!

You are polluting it. With AWESOME.End of the day picture. Wondering how much sense it makes to post pictures of me wearing my hats, feels like I'm polluting the thread, I love seeing you guys wearing your vintage hats.

A job well done.Tried to channel my inner @moontheloon whilst shaping the diamond =)
Yer a man after me own heart.A hommie w pinches and a diamond make me happy.
Someone probably hit the sweat with some steam. That will do it.Nope. I don't know why. Other than that, the hat appears new and unused. I have other hats with the tacky manmade sweats and haven't had that problem with any of them.
Thanks Matt.Done yet?
But seriously, hope that it's nothing serious. Feel better.
Thanks Doug!! Much appreciatedI hope you feel better soon, Harv. Take care.
Am I a horrible person? Because the first thing I though of when I started reading your post was:Thanks buddy!
Kuki it is then. Is it polyurethane insulating foam that you use? Closed cell or open cell? I measure my head at 56.5 cm, but hats from US 6 7/8 (55) to 7 1/8 (56.8) have fit me fine. Who knows what the real size of those vintage ones are. I figured I probably couldn't measure them accurately.Hi Michael,
Kuki is fine, is what my family calls me but for the life of me I don't know why I chose it as my handle (a gazillion years ago when I created the account). Cristina is good too
This particular foam withstands sustained direct steam just fine but I suspect it would melt under heavy ironing. Compressed cork is a much better material. What's your size in centimeters?
By the way I love your style

Perhaps your room will be adjacent to mine. We can wax poetic about hats during the intervals between wailing and gnashing teeth. Good times, buddy. Good times...Am I a horrible person? Because the first thing I though of when I started reading your post was:
"My better half asked me to go to the doctor to have a nagging pain checked out."
So I drove her to her appointment.
Not insulting your wife or making light of your pain, just explaining why I'm eventually going to wind up in hell.
