Portuguese is now more from Cabo Verde than from Portugal itself

I have a hard enough time with Spanish... and the different accents from my wife (Ecuador), my brother in law (Dominican Republic), the locals here (mostly from Mexico), and the Cubans (wow!) and Guatemalans. Some drop the last 1 or 2 parts of words as well, especially my friends from Cuba... como estas becomes com-eta, etc.

The Spanish language have the same problem but I don't see them screwing the mother language because of variations...

A cool start to the day, perfect for a cross season straw/felt mix. Hard to pin down the era of this hat... it is as new - from the form and fixings I would guess 1940s but it could be earlier.

Thanks hats !!! God should have taken the corrupt and inept donkey that we have as president instead of Juan Gabriel who was a good person #! He helped a lot of poor people, he even had a couple of orphanages thay mostly depended on him alone !!!
