Love the 25, David; love the tie, Wesslyn (and whole ensemble); Perry, izzat a black Playboy? Suweet!
Mark, does the Resistol have a name? Or at least a block profile #? I'd like to compare it to my San Antonio.
Playing catch-up from last night, there's just toooo many! Everybody is well-hatted!

Today, flying in the face of TAR Thursday, a W I D E ribbon and back bow on this Stetson 3X

And another extraneous shot taken while grabbing some java at Mickey D's, for Moe and Matt...

Such a contrarian...

Thanks for the support. It's almost another orbit for me - I must be feeling a little tender. ;^)

I especially like the unique ribbon on the T n' J. Or is it not unique? I haven't seen enough of them to know

Nor have I... this is the only one I've owned. The model seems to have had many permutations over its run. This one was made in the 1940s. Thanks Tommy!

Can rainy weather age you? If so I have been aging rapidly in the weather the past couple of days. My joints remind me of old injuries.

Ready for the weather with protection from a jacket and a Gannon charcoal beaver hat. My hat body should not be unfamiliar with the rainy environment.

Late edit - I was reflecting on my process for selecting a hat to wear. When I started wearing hats regularly I based the majority of the decision on the weather in order to "baby the hat," and the remainder of the decision based upon coordination with attire. It has switched to comfort, utility and eye appeal. The vintage and modern hats I have are weather proven stars. The rain, snow and other elements have not significantly altered them. The above beaver felt is just plain darn hardy. "Takes a lick'n and keeps on tick'n.

That is one deep crease. Love it!

thank you Tommy

I love how a high crown like this allows you to dig nice deep crease and still keep a high straight front.
one of the things I like least about some hats is when you get a crease to where you want it and it results in the peak leaning backward ... and then when you get the front straight it ends up being lower than desired

not a problem at all with my Gannons
