Takin' a chance wearing my Knox Tom & Jerry today. So far, I haven't sweated in it. Getting real close to hanging this type up for a few months of summer heat...

Sharp, Gene. How wide is that brim. It looks wider than I normally see you in.

Billyspew, the Stetson looks great.

I talked to Optimo the other day about that Johnny Depp Public Enemy hat. Pricey, but what a gorgeous lid. They said they hope to have the oxblood felt this fall for that hat. Said if I ordered around the first of Sept I would most likely have the hat by the end of Sept. The felt is a very dark almost black burgundy with a dark burgundy ribbon. Brim width of 2 1/8 or 2 1/4.

great hats all around!

Gene and RBH, you both have that country classic look going with those two hats.

Wil, nice FED and great glasses!

Billy and Torpedo, classic hats and great overall look, Torpedo.

Goose my friend, you carry off that homburg better in more varied fashion than anyone I've seen. And you look so comfortable doing it. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap

Thank you so much Mr P !
This hat was made for the country,
I have worn it in the garden, out on the farm and a time or two into town!
{ I kinda like the sweat stains on the ribbon... I blame Gene for that :D }

We are having a rainy week, so fedora and trench sounds like the best outfit... Hat is a Dobbs 15.

I was coming out of the night shift, too, so the "five-o'clock-shadow" surely contributes to the overall stereotypical image... ;) A co-worker, on seeing me appearing, mentioned he had the impression he had went through a tunnel of time - I took it as a compliment, certainly it beats the "Inspector Gadget" pun!

Thanks "CC" and Mr. Paladin. I really like this hat. Not following the Homburg "rules" as such, but I sucked at staying inside the lines with crayons as a kid too.

HPG, I don't think I've ever seen a pic of you where I thought "wow, that doesn't work", but that Tom & Jerry is beyond "great" on you!

Indy Cop, stellar! But I gotta tell ya straight up, if you ever pulled me over on my scoot, my hands are on the handle bars at all times, no sudden moves, and it's all "YES SIR" (hmmm, seems like I got this drill down ;)) Especially if you light up a cigar in that stance. Oh, and nice hat too, Sir.
